101
InvoiceNow is Singapore’s national e-invoicing network. Start here: what it is, whether it applies to you, what you need, and what to do first.
An invoice is a PDF or paper copy. The customer reads it and types the numbers into their own system again.
The invoice goes straight from the supplier’s software to the customer’s as structured data: no PDF, no retyping. For GST-registered businesses, a copy of the invoice data also goes to IRAS.
Your business’s address on the network, based on your UEN. Your provider usually registers it for you.
An IRSP is accredited software with the network connection built in, and it is what most small businesses use. An Access Point connects your own ERP or in-house system to the network.
